An Indian pharma company.
LifeSpark Pharma Private Limited develops and supplies quality-assured formulations to appointed distributors and licensed chemists across India.
For us, "ethical pharma" is not a category of product. It is a set of things we publish, and a set of things we refuse to say.
Every published figure carries the date it was measured.
Certificates are listed with their numbers, not shown as badges.
No price, discount or urgency language on the public site.
No earnings projections offered to prospective partners.
A named route to report a side effect, on a published clock.
LifeSpark Pharma is a formulation company based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, supplying the Indian market through appointed distributors and licensed chemists.
We work across seven divisions — oncology, orthopaedic, nutraceutical, OTC, neurology, cardiology and diabetology — each with its own route to market.
Incoming materials, in-process checks and finished product are tested against our written specification at the manufacturing site, and the decision to release a batch to the market stays with us — whatever the commercial cost of holding it back.
Each division serves a different buyer through a different route to market.
We organise the range by the condition being treated, then by brand.
Supportive care formulations for patients undergoing cancer treatment.
Support therapy for joint, bone and post-operative recovery care.
Vitamin, mineral and protein supplements for dietary support.
Prescription formulations for neurological conditions and disorders.
Cardiovascular care formulations for heart health and management.
Formulations supporting diabetes management and glycaemic control.
Applied development work: making established actives stable and manufacturable under Indian storage conditions, verified by accelerated and long-term stability studies before launch.
We do not own a plant. Our formulations are made to our written specification at approved partner facilities holding valid drug manufacturing licences, each audited before appointment and named on the pack.
Every batch is tested against IP / BP / USP monographs at the manufacturing site before a qualified person releases it against our written specification. A batch that fails does not ship, whatever the commercial cost.
We are a pharmaceutical marketing company, not a manufacturer. These are the functions we hold ourselves, and we name the partners who hold the rest.

No. We own no plant. Formulations are developed to our written specification and produced at licensed partner facilities, each audited before appointment. The site that made a pack is named on that pack.

Not as a patient. We supply appointed distributors and licensed chemists only, so the chain from our release note to the counter is one we can name at every step. Ask your chemist, or use the enquiry form below to reach the channel team.
Start with a business enquiry. It is logged the same working day, we confirm within two working days whether your territory is open, and if it is, the appointment agreement and current price list follow in writing before anything is signed.
Use the pharmacovigilance form. It goes straight to the team that investigates rather than to sales, and it runs on a published clock. Report it even if you are not certain the product caused it.
Business, product or medical — your enquiry is logged with a reference you can quote, and it reaches the desk that can actually answer it.
To report a side effect, please use the pharmacovigilance form instead.
Two routes, so your enquiry reaches the desk that can actually answer it.
